Typically we begin with a thorough telephone interview to review your resume and confirm qualifications before arranging a personal meeting. If we determine that your background is a good match for our client, we will provide you with additional materials about the client for your review. You may be asked to prepare a written statement that details your interest and qualifications for the position.
We normally present three to five candidates for each assignment. The client selects candidates for the meetings. Our office handles all arrangements and provides you with any instructions you will need.
Based on the outcomes of your interviews with the client, we will verify academic credentials, conduct personal reference checks, and if deemed necessary by our client, we will facilitate a background check that may include a more extensive investigation. If an offer is forthcoming, we help to negotiate that between you and the client.
At every step, our staff is discrete and handles all communication with utmost confidence.
